Finni Jóhannsson
Former professional handball player, Finni began his career in the film industry in 1995 as an actor but soon moved into the grip department. In 1997 he founded Icegrip equipment rental company and worked as a key grip for several years. His next move was into the production department and in 2003 he became the head of Sagafilm’s Production Service department.
Finni is moreover renowned for producing concerts featuring various bands for instance Rammstein, Korn, Foo Fighters, Duran Duran, Queens of the Stone Age, and Robert Plant. In 2004 he was the Unit Manager on 'Batman Begins'.
Since joining Truenorth in October 2005 Finni has served as Line Producer on Sigur-Ros's documentary feature, shot in the summer of 2006, as well as the Iceland filming of 'Hostel Part II' directed by Eli Roth.
Helga Margrét Reykdal
Helga Margrét has been involved with the media since the age of fifteen. She holds a degree in Political Science and Mass Communication from the University of Iceland. In 1994 she joined Sagafilm Productions where she worked in production of both commercial and feature films, in addition to programming. She also served as the office- and personnel manager of Sagafilm. Like Leifur and Arni she worked on the latest Bond movie 'Die Another Day' as the co-ordinator. Since joining Truenorth she has served as its General Manager as well as being Production Manager on several commercials. She was the Iceland Coordinator of the Iceland shooting of 'Flags of our Fathers' directed by Clint Eastwood. Helga has, furthermore, served as production coordinator on the shooting of 'Stardust' directed by Matthew Vaughn, as well as production manager on 'Journey 3-D' directed by Eric Brevig.
Hjortur Gretarsson
Hjortur Gretarsson holds a B.A. degree from Loyola Marymount University and an M.F.A. degree from the American Film Institute. Hjortur worked in the film and TV business in Los Angeles for 10 years until he moved to Iceland where he has worked at every film company in various departments.
He has prepared one-of-a-kind events for Truenorth Events and is part of the Production Service team.

Hjörtur starfaði við kvikmynda og sjónvarpsgerð í Bandaríkjunum til 1997 er hann fluttist til Íslands þar sem hann hefur starfað m.a. fyrir Saga Film, RUV, Stöð 2, Storm, Kvikmyndamiðstöð Íslands og nú síðast Truenorth þar sem hann ryður uppúr sér dýrum og ódýrum lausnum fyrir Event deild Truenorth.
Hann á líka til að framleiða eina og eina auglýsingu fyrir Production Service deildina og taka þátt í erlendum kvikmyndaverkefnum fyrirtækisins.
Leifur B. Dagfinnsson
From the age of 18 Leifur has been involved in the film business, as a PA, Director’s Assistant, Assistant director, Location Manager, Production Manager and Producer. For almost 10 years he travelled the world working as a first assistant director with well known Commercial directors such as Agust Baldursson, Tony Kaye, John Lloyd, Peter Thwaites, Paul Arden and Kevin Thomas.
In 1999 he joined Sagafilm Productions and was head of their Production Service department. During that time he produced various commercials for high profile clients and was in full charge of the shooting of 'Tomb Raider' (2000) and 'Die Another Day' (2002) in Iceland.
Since founding Truenorth he has produced numerous commercials and projects, namely Queen Latifah´s "Perfect Holiday", Associate Producer/1st AD on Baltasars Kormakur film 'A Little Trip To Heaven' and Producer on the TV series 'LazyTown'. Leifur was the UPM (Line Producer) on the Iceland filming of 'Flags of our Fathers' directed by Clint Eastwood, on 'Stardust' directed by Matthew Vaughn and most recently Line Producer on Sir Ridley Scott´s new film Prometheus.
Rafnar Hermannsson
Rafnar has been in and around the film business since 1987. At the age of 21 he traveled on a football scholarship to Florida to earn a film degree at the University of Tampa. After graduating, he worked in the US for four years on commercials, TV shows and feature films.
In 1999 he teamed up with the director Agust Baldursson and worked as his producer on commercials all over the world.
Since joining the Truenorth team in October 2004 Rafnar has produced several commercials and, furthermore, been Line Producer on 'Nothing but Ghosts' directed by Martin Gypkens and production managed as well as location managed the Iceland shooting of 'Hostel Part II' directed by Eli Roth.
Thor Kjartansson
Thor has a degree in Business Administration from Bifrost University. Thor worked for years in preparing and executing safari tourst around the highlands and glaciers of Iceland. His experience is used widely in Truenorth Events numerous incentive tours.
Thor is also a valuable member of the Truenorth Production Service as his knowledge of Iceland makes him an excellent Location Manager.

Þór Kjartansson er viðskiptafræðingur frá Viðskiptaháskólanum á Bifröst. Þór starfaði til margra ára við skipulagningu og framkvæmd afþreyingarferða á hálendi og jöklum landsins.
Reynsla hans við skipulagningu ferða nýtist vel við ýmsa viðburðarstjórnun hjá Truenorth. Þór kemur einnig að málum í production service deildinni sem location manager þar sem reynsla hans og þekking á landinu nýtist vel.
